Order Processing Times:
- Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming that order. If you do not receive an email within 12 hours of your purchase, please check your junk mail folder. We recommend that you safe list the sender name from our first email message if you would like to receive prompt updates from us right in your inbox.
- Once your order is confirmed and the payment for it is approved it will take 1-3 business days to process your shipment.
- You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your package is shipped.
- Shipping takes about 1-5 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout.
- We will gladly accept returns as long as you have contacted customer service by live chat or online submission form within 30 days of receiving your order. In the event you received a damaged or defective case, we will offer a replacement and cover all shipping costs.
- A return will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of placing the original order.
- Your required to cover the cost of shipping to receive a full refund.
- It may take up to 2 weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card/bank statement.
